Awards

achievements. Each year in December we hold the GEM Awards, (Geneva
Experience More) where by we celebrate individual and team
successes from throughout the year.
Career Development & Global
Opportunities
Our staff are encouraged to pursue their career goals through
our career development programme. This is done in conjunction
with their manager but also through self management and personal
development.
Career development is not only limited the office you may
initially employed in, but national and global opportunities are
also available.
Orientation & Training
We have a dedicated training and orientation programme for
everyone who starts with Geneva Health. This is implemented
by your manager together with our dedicated National Quality
Manager.
We have regular in house training programmes and source external
training where necessary to ensure people are well trained,
resourced for their roles and pursuing their career goals.
