Health Staff Support

Helping to Maintain the Health
and Wellbeing of Geneva Staff
Here at Geneva Health, we make it our priority that all our
staff are looked after, which is why are offering an Employee
Assistance Programme (EAP) to our Agency staff.
"Personal wellbeing and
workplace wellness are dynamically linked and have bearing for the
individual, family and community"
Available when you most need it, the
EAP programme can provide you with professional assistance and
support to resolve personal or work-related issues that can have an
impact on your work performance. It is delivered by a third-party
and designed especially for those in the healthcare
profession. Some of the areas we can support are:
-
Workplace support
-
Personal growth
-
Change coaching
-
Career optimisation
We have also brought together an information centre where you
can find help and information for yourself from online resources
listed in our Self-Help
Resource Centre
Our programmes are provided within a confidential, independent
and non-judgmental climate and are based on solution based
counselling. This type of counselling can help you develop the
strategies and resources so that when integrated can be transferred
into new situations. Giving you the ability to grow and to
self-resource in the future.
