Training Requirements & Opportunities
Geneva Health has an excellent reputation for providing a high
quality of temp staff. To continue doing this, we need you to
ensure that you are up to date with the latest prescribed
practices. This is not only for the safety of your clients
but for your safety also.
The better our reputation is, the more work opportunities we can
provide you with. As a member of the Geneva team, you are
expected to attend the training updates relevant to your
role. Geneva training also provides a great way to meet other
staff and exchange thoughts, ideas, problems and solutions.
For those working in smaller regions, we appreciate that the
availability of training is limited - to say the least! If
you hear of any training opportunities that we may be able to offer
our staff, for example a rest home that is running an in-house
session for their own staff, please do let us know - they are often
happy to accept outsiders at a small fee.
