Become a live-in caregiver
Do you want a job where you can save some serious money? Where
your food and lodging are free? And where you are able to work
flexible contracts between travelling?
Working as a live-in carer is a rewarding job, enabling elderly
people to remain independent and continue to live in their own
home.
You will provide not only companionship but also help with
personal duties such as running errands, light housework, preparing
meals and helping your client get in and out of bed.
We place carers with private clients, many of whom live in large
and appointed homes, both in London and country areas. Placements
usually last for 8 weeks, working six or seven days a week, but
this is flexible to suit both the clients and carers plans.
Your placement may last considerably longer if both parties want
the arrangement to continue.
In addition to Private Homecare we also offer our services to
Social Services within the NHS to better support service users with
ongoing needs.
Qualification requirements vary in accordance with client needs and
this will be assessed on an individualised case by case basis prior
to beginning an assignment. In addition to this, we pay for and
arrange mandatory training. This includes Basic Life Support,
Manual Handling and Health and Safety.
You will have the benefit of experienced, supportive consultant
for the duration of your placement.
Benefts include:
- Earn up to £4400 (for an 8 week placement)*
- Includes board and lodging
- 24 hour on call/ support service
- Mandatory Training provided
- Paid for Criminal Record Check
