Geneva Health carers can provide you with the care you
need.
- Our stringent selection process includes enhanced police checks
(Criminal Records Bureau), and POVA checks (Protection of
Vulnerable Adults), and a minimum of two references are obtained
from the carers most recent employers.
- We also meet and interview all carers individually.
- Carers are primarily sourced from Australia, New Zealand and
South Africa and are looking for an opportunity to experience
British life while making a difference. We also have manyhome-grown
British carers.
- Many of our carers have a healthcare background.
- All our carers take part in comprehensive training covering
Manual handling, Health and Safety and Basic Life Support.
