The Benefits
Many health professionals
from the United Kingdom and around the world consider working in
Saudi Arabia as an option at some stage in their career for many
different reasons. Some of the draw cards include: tax-free income,
the opportunity for career development, travel and of course
adventure!
In addition to these things another huge attraction for many
seeking work in Saudi Arabia is the "benefits package" the "bits"
that sit outside of your salary. Although there are some variations
between different employers and the types of position, all of the
hospitals we currently work with in Saudi Arabia offer these
benefits to Western recruited staff. All of our contracts are
normally for a minimum of 12 months although some do offer added
incentives to sign on for two years. Those who work for more
than one year typically receive a return ticket home at the end of
each year. Your Geneva Consultant will be able to discuss this
with you in more detail.
Single-Status Contracts

Married-Status Contracts
This normally covers the employee, spouse, and two or four
dependent children, depending on the position offered. This
type of contract is normally offered to Senior Medical
Staff and Senior Management staff however
your Geneva Consultant will be able to advise you on this.
