Management:
- Researching and writing of advertisements.

- Networking and referral activity to identify suitable potential
candidates and "passive" job seekers.
- Management of response using multimedia response mechanisms
including; phone, email, text, website.
Selection and Assessment:
- Initial screening and interviewing of candidates by a
Registered Nurse.
- Collection and analysis of CVs, documents and
qualifications.
- Verification of professional registration.
- Comparison of skills and experience to job specifications.
- Organisation and co-ordination of face-to-face or telephone
interviews for successful candidates with client managers.
Offer of Employment:
- Communication of job offers to successful candidates.
- Obtain two written references for all successful
candidates.
- Confirmation of acceptance with client.
- Candidate management and regular contact with all successful
candidates to ensure start dates are met.

employment. Should a candidate leave within the first 100 days of
employment, we will refund 100% of the recruitment fee.
