Selection and Assessment:

  • Initial screening and interviewing of candidates by a Registered Nurse.
  • Collection and analysis of CVs, documents and qualifications.
  • Verification of professional registration.
  • Comparison of skills and experience to job specifications.
  • Organisation and co-ordination of face-to-face or telephone interviews for successful candidates with client managers.

Offer of Employment:

  • Communication of job offers to successful candidates.
  • Obtain two written references for all successful candidates.
  • Confirmation of acceptance with client.
  • Candidate management and regular contact with all successful candidates to ensure start dates are met.

Refund Period

Geneva Health offers a 100% refund for the first 100 days of employment. Should a candidate leave within the first 100 days of employment, we will refund 100% of the recruitment fee.
