Interviewing, Reference Checking and Interview
Co-ordination
- Organisation and co-ordination of interviews using our online
interview scheduler to allow you to view in real time candidates
booked in for the campaign
- Briefing of candidate post interview
- Management of communication to candidate post interview through
job offer letters or non-acceptance
- Obtain two written references for all successful
candidates
- Country of origin police checks
- Candidate management and regular contact with all successful
candidates to ensure start dates are met
Mobilisation
- Co-ordination and support for candidates to gain NMC or HPC
registration (if applicable)
- Overseas Nurses Programme (if required)
- Assistance with all immigration requirements (if
applicable)
