| After you have contacted us and we have talked to you
on the phone we will email you the Candidate
Application form. You will need to fill this
and return it to us prior to your face to
face interview. |
| FACE TO FACE INTERVIEW |
As part of your registration process you will meet with us for
a face to face interview. We will need to bring originals of the
documents below to the interview (unless you are informed a
document does not apply to you):
- Up to date CV
- NMC PIN Card
- NMC Statement of Entry
- Bachelor of Nursing Certificate
- Post Graduate Certificates
- Passport
- Proof of eligibility to work in the UK, including your letter
from the home office if you received one.
- Second form of ID such as a drivers licence or birth
certificate
- Any other relevant training certificates
- Occupational health documentation
- Previous CRB if issued within the last 6 months
- Debit Card
- Your references contact details
In this interview, to ensure that you can start working as soon
as possible, we will create a timeline together setting dates for
various tasks to be completed. The tasks that the timeline will
cover are; Training; Documentation; Occupational Health Screen;
Induction; and your expected start date. Each of these
aspects will be discussed in depth during your interview and you
will be told exactly what is required at each point.
We will also arrange for you to complete a UK Criminal
Records Bureau (CRB) enhanced disclosure form at your
interview. It is compulsory for all nurses to obtain a clear UK CRB
enhanced disclosure whether or not they have lived in the UK
previously.

| CLINICAL REFERENCES AND OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH
CLEARANCE |
| After the interview we will arrange Occupational Health
Clearance and we will contact your clinical references. After
all the documents have been received and the tasks on your timeline
completed you will be ready to start work. |
| INTERNATIONAL APPLICANTS WITH GENEVA
HEALTH |
The process of joining our agency as an overseas candidates is
similar to that outlined above.
You will still need to register on our website or
give us a call to get the ball rolling, however we will also advise
our international candidates on how to register with the Nursing
and Midwifery Council (NMC).
In addition, we require some documents
from international candidates prior to their face to face
interview, this includes but may not be limited to:
- A completed Candidate Application Form
- A copy of your current Curriculum Vitae.
These documents will need to be emailed, faxed or posted to your
consultant. We also recommend that before you come to the
UK you:
- Apply for your registration with the NMC and
to ensure a smooth process maintain regular contact to monitor your
registration status.
- Start the process of setting up your UK Bank Account as this
will ensure you have access to your funds on arrival.
