We also offer a short break services that enable disabled children the opportunity to go on holiday.
Our overall aim is to provide support to encourage children and young people to contribute and participate fully in society and we aim to integrate our services with the community wherever possible.
We work closely with other organisations in order to offer a comprehensive and seamless care package.
Our focus is on promoting independence in order to facilitate development and growth.
